A Family Medicine physician is sought to join our expanding practice in Minnesota. This exciting opportunity offers a unique blend of clinical autonomy, quality of life, and team camaraderie.
About the RoleThis full-time position involves working as part of a new outpatient practice with sub-specialty services and an ambulatory surgery center. Onsite lab and x-ray facilities are available, with construction underway for the clinic's expansion. The selected candidate will see 20-25 patients per day, enjoying a balanced workload that promotes patient satisfaction and well-being.
Work EnvironmentThe practice operates on a phone-only call system, shared with an APP, ensuring minimal interruptions and no overnight hospital calls. After-hours and weekend support is provided through the Health line, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
Benefits and CompensationWe offer a competitive compensation package, tailored to meet the needs of experienced physicians like yourself. This includes a salary range of $250,000 - $350,000 annually, depending on experience, plus benefits that cater to your individual requirements.
LocationLocated approximately 90 miles from Minneapolis, this location provides easy access to urban amenities while maintaining a peaceful suburban lifestyle. With nearby Rochester offering additional attractions, you'll have ample opportunities to explore the region.
