A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A CONSTRUCTION SPECIALIST

In this role, you will work autonomously to fulfill services for our clients. This includes scheduling tasks and gathering the necessary tools and materials to complete each assignment. Your daily responsibilities may encompass:

  • soffits and fascia
  • interior and exterior trim
  • framing and drywall
  • decks and porches
  • doors and windows
  • gutters

Utilizing your excellent customer service skills, you will articulate the processes involved in the services you provide and address any additional inquiries. Your ability to comprehend written, verbal, or diagrammatic instructions will be essential in delivering outstanding service to our clients. Some tasks may require the use of tall ladders or roof work. To ensure a thorough job, you will conclude your projects by tidying your work area and collecting any payments due. With your diligent work ethic and attention to detail, you will assist your service center in achieving company objectives and providing an unparalleled experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven proficiency in most of the construction categories mentioned above is essential
  • Ability to pass and maintain any required state regulatory agency licensing/certification exams
  • Able to pass internal technical assessments
  • Possess a valid Driver's License
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Able to commit to a minimum 40-hour workweek
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends as necessary
