Catered By Vesh is a full-service catering company offering restaurant and bar services for events across The Tampa Bay Areas. We are seeking an experienced Culinary Operations Manager to lead our culinary team and drive the success of our restaurant and bar operations.
The estimated annual salary for this position is $65,000 - $90,000 based on industry standards and location.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day culinary operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and kitchen management.
- Coordinate food and kitchenware orders to ensure timely delivery and high-quality ingredients.
- Maintain quality control by checking freshness and quality of ingredients and implementing standard recipes and plate presentations.
- Collaborate with management to create a memorable dining experience for guests.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in culinary arts, cooking, or related fields, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of cost and labor systems, with a strong focus on budget management and efficiency.
