Concrete Foreman Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Foreman to lead our concrete crew and provide exceptional quality to our customers. As a Concrete Foreman, you will be responsible for directing daily activities, determining equipment needs, and ensuring timely completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct and coordinate the activities of the concrete crew
  • Determine equipment needs and materials required for project completion
  • Ensure timely completion of projects and meet customer expectations
  • Lead the execution of all aspects of finishing
  • Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Experience in concrete construction and leadership
  • Ability to lift/push/pull pounds consistently
  • Comfortable working at varying heights
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
