Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and assessments with children and adolescents to determine the presence of various neurodevelopmental conditions, including but not limited to autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, and other intellectual disabilities.
  • Administer, score, and interpret required developmental and psychological assessment measures.
  • Complete psychological reports, progress notes, treatment plans, and other documentation in accordance with company practices.
  • Provide individual, family, and/or group therapy.
  • Opportunities for supervision of staff and trainees.
  • Maintain state license, complete required continuing education, and stay current on literature around evidence-based practices and interventions.

Qualifications:

  • Clinical experience diagnosing autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, and communication disorders.
  • Familiarity with the ADOS-2 assessment preferred.
  • Experience with toddlers preferred.
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English desired.
  • PhD or PsyD in Psychology from an accredited university.
  • LLP or LP, licensed in the state of Wisconsin.
  • Ability to work cohesively with a team of other licensed clinicians.

Estimated Annual Salary: $120,000 - $150,000, depending on qualifications and experience, plus benefits, including health insurance, paid time off and holidays, reimbursement for continuing education, retirement plan, and more.
