About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Gastroenterologist to join our team at WellSpan Health. As a Gastroenterologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and treat gastrointestinal disorders and diseases
  • Perform endoscopic procedures and other diagnostic tests
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with gastrointestinal conditions
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest medical research and advancements in gastroenterology
Requirements
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) degree
  • Licensure as a Medical Physician and Surgeon or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine
  • Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine or Diplomate of the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine
  • Certification of Added Competency in Gastroenterology
  • Completion of an Internal Medicine residency and Fellowship in Gastroenterology
