Server Associate

Job Summary:

As a Server Associate at Bridge Senior Living, you will play a vital role in creating a memorable dining experience for our residents and their guests. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that every interaction is exceptional, and every meal is served with a smile.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take residents' dining orders in a friendly and attentive manner, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
• Confirm orders to guarantee that dietary restrictions and modifications are delivered to residents, promoting a safe and inclusive dining environment.
• Assist with the setting of the dining room, maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere that reflects the values of Bridge Senior Living.
• Maintain high standards of dining during service, adhering to food safety protocols and ensuring that every meal is prepared and presented with care.

Requirements:

• CPR certification, demonstrating your commitment to resident safety and well-being.
• Able to lift a minimum of 10 pounds, showcasing your physical ability to perform the demands of the role.
