Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Laser Hair Removal Specialist to join our team at Harbin Clinic. As a key member of our dermatology department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and delivering high-quality services related to skin appearance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a range of anti-aging skin treatments, including laser treatments, laser hair removal, facials, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels.
  • Promote product sales and maintain product/room supply inventory.
  • Prepare the treatment room for next patient/client to ensure efficient patient flow.
  • Maintain patient cancellation lists to maximize daily schedules.
  • Document patient information in the electronic medical record (EHR).
  • Conduct consultations with patients/clients and support medical providers as needed.
  • Perform other office duties, such as checking in patients, answering phones, scheduling appointments, and assisting back office staff.
Requirements
  • State License for Aesthetician
  • State license for Laser Technician
  • Previous experience in the medical field is preferred, but not required.
  • Basic knowledge of general office equipment and software.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to change.
