Job Summary

A leading staffing agency, GoodTemps, Inc., is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience operating machine tools such as lathes, mills, and grinders, and will be proficient in programming and operating CNC machines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and program CNC machine tools, including lathes, mills, and grinders, to produce precision metal parts.
  • Run and gauge parts, using functional gages to ensure accuracy and quality.
  • Use calipers and micrometers to measure and inspect parts.
  • Change tooling in machine drivers and maintain tolerances.
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Develop and implement efficient production processes, and troubleshoot machine issues.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience operating CNC machine tools, including lathes, mills, and grinders.
  • Proficiency in G-code programming and CNC machine operation.
  • Experience with functional gages and precision measurement tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
