Job Summary

The Delphi Community School Corporation is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to serve as a volunteer coach and program leader for our athletics and activities department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting in the planning, direction, and leadership of our education-based athletic programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the development and implementation of athletic programs that promote student-athlete growth and success
  • Collaborate with the Head Varsity Coach and High School Athletic Director to ensure program alignment and goals
  • Provide guidance and support to student-athletes to help them achieve their full potential
  • Contribute to the creation of a positive and inclusive team culture that fosters a love of learning and athletic competition
