Job Summary:

The In-Home Care Provider will assist individuals with daily living skills, personal care, cooking, and other activities that promote independence and quality of life. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, making a difference in the lives of others.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist individuals with daily living skills, including personal care, grooming, and hygiene
  • Prepare and serve meals, snacks, and beverages
  • Engage individuals in activities that promote independence and quality of life, such as cooking, cleaning, and leisure activities
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to individuals
  • Assist with medication management and administration
  • Document and report on individual progress and needs
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle required
  • Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
