Position Overview

The contractor is seeking a qualified Facility Planner (FP) with the necessary training and expertise.

This role mandates a current Top Secret security clearance.


Key Responsibilities
  • The Facility Planner will deliver a weekly forecast schedule in accordance with PWS Section 2.3.
  • The FP should have a background in daily facility management, upkeep, and repair tasks.
Required Qualifications

The FP must have, at a minimum, experience in the following areas:

a. Crafting resource-loaded work schedules across various shifts
b. Collaborating with contractors, subcontractors, and government entities
c. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
d. Familiarity with Microsoft Project
e. Experience with CMMS

This position requires a current Top Secret security clearance.
