We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Emergency Department team at Mass General Brigham. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care, work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team, and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional healthcare.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver patient-centered care, assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and achieve desired outcomes.
- Provide emergency care to patients with urgent or critical illnesses, including triage, assessment, and implementation of interventions.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records, ensuring timely and secure documentation.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance clinical skills and stay current with best practices.
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing, with a BSN preferred.
- Licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as a Registered Nurse (RN) required.
- BLS certification required; PALS or ENPC certification within 6 months of hire.
- Critical Care RN and/or Emergency RN experience preferred.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills essential.
