Job Overview

FST Technical Services is a leading provider of quality assurance and technical services to the semiconductor and life sciences industries. We are seeking an Entry-Level Analytical Test Technician to join our team in Hillsboro, OR.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform quality assurance testing of semiconductor processing equipment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Operate advanced analytical testing equipment, including moisture, oxygen, particulate, and total organic carbon (TOC) detectors.
  • Collaborate with customers to identify and resolve quality issues, and perform assigned tasks to ensure project success.
  • Participate in pre-planning and site-specific programs to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and quality contamination discrepancies, and provide professional data reporting.
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure production cleanroom environment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity, with ability to lift and carry objects up to 50 pounds.
  • Strict adherence to cleanroom protocols, safety protocols, and personal protective equipment (PPE) use.
  • Ability to follow proper safety, decontamination, and gowning procedures, including PPE use when working with hazardous materials.
  • Occasional overtime may be required.
Qualifications
  • Previous analytical testing experience is not required, but a solid mechanical aptitude and ability to learn are essential.
  • Additional consideration will be given to candidates with military or technical experience.
  • Reliability and attention to detail are critical for success in this role.
  • Ability to learn and use appropriate tools and fixtures is required.
