Night Auditor

The Night Auditor is a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for managing the front desk during the overnight shift, handling guest registrations, making reservations, and preparing daily reports. Your attention to detail and organizational skills will be essential in balancing transactions and conducting security walks.

• Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk during the overnight shift, handling guest registrations, making reservations, and preparing daily reports.
• Auditing and Reporting: Balance transactions, conduct security walks, and prepare daily reports to ensure the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.
• Communication: Maintain effective communication with other hotel staff, including housekeeping, maintenance, and management, to ensure seamless operations.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems in a timely and professional manner, ensuring minimal disruption to hotel operations.

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful.
• Experience: At least 1 year of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required.
• Skills: Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
• Knowledge: Knowledge of accounting principles and basic arithmetic functions is essential.
