**Job Summary:** We are looking for a highly skilled Respiratory Therapy Clinical Director to manage our clinical education program at Pima Medical Institute's Denver campus.

This role involves supervising clinical instructors, evaluating their performance, and ensuring students receive high-quality technical instruction. The successful candidate should have excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

**Responsibilities:

  • Supervise clinical instructors and evaluate their performance
  • Secure new clinical sites and establish contractual agreements
  • Provide guidance on teaching practices and ensure students receive technical instruction
  • Maintain records of medical direction and coordinate student scheduling
  • Develop clinical objectives and evaluations

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
  • Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program
  • Current RRT certification and state license
  • At least four years of experience as a registered respiratory therapist
  • Two years of instructor experience in an accredited respiratory therapy program

**Benefits:

Hiring range: $85,835 - $107,290 per year
