Job Description


We are seeking an experienced Concrete Finisher to join our team in Farmers Branch, Austin. As a vital member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for smoothing and finishing surfaces of poured concrete floors, walls, sidewalks to specified textures, using hand tools or power tools, including floats, trowels, and screeds.




  • Daily Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks on equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Site Preparation: Assist the paving crew with site preparation activities, including clearing debris, leveling terrain, and setting up forms.
  • Teamwork: Participate as a vital team member, contributing towards Austin's success by working collaboratively with colleagues and communicating effectively.
  • Safety Meetings: Attend daily safety meetings to review project-specific hazards, discuss best practices, and address any concerns.
  • Safety Policies: Follow established safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
