Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Labor Assistant - Production to join our team at Purefield Ingredients LLC. In this role, you will assist Mill & Process operators in ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes. Your strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures will be essential in maintaining our high standards of quality and safety.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 1 year's experience working in a similar environment and possess excellent communication and teamwork skills. A high school diploma or equivalent certificate is also required. The estimated annual salary for this role is $42,000, based on industry standards and location.

Responsibilities
  1. Communicate with Shift Supervisors to receive daily tasks and information about production parameters.
  2. Assist in loading midds and bulk gluten trucks.
  3. Clean assigned areas and maintain a safe work environment.
  4. Monitor equipment and product operations to ensure compliance with company parameters.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent certificate required.
  • Previous experience working in a similar environment.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
