Job Title: Occupational Therapist

Job Description:

MedPro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to fill a travel position in a top healthcare facility. As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for assessing patients' medical conditions, functional capabilities, and potential for rehabilitation. You will establish and administer treatment programs with specific goals determined according to patients' capacities and tolerances.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop a plan of care for each occupational therapy patient.
  • Provide skilled occupational therapy services and interventions in accordance with physician orders.
  • Assess patient needs, plan for, evaluate, and modify care to meet goals of occupational therapy interventions.
  • Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient.

Requirements:

  • Must have graduated from an accredited school.
  • Must hold a Master's degree in Occupational Therapy and have passed the NBCOT exam.
  • Minimum one year of professional working experience.
  • Current state license as an Occupational Therapist or proactively in the process of the application process for current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
  • Current CPR certification.
