We are currently seeking committed Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our skilled team. In this role, you will provide our residents with personalized routine and wellness care, manage sick visits, and deliver specialized nursing care at our onsite medical center, in assisted living, memory care, skilled nursing, and at home.

Compensation: Competitive pay based on experience, starting at $34.00 per hour, with additional shift differentials available.

Shift Differentials Include:

  • $2.00 per hour for evening shifts (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM)
  • $2.00 per hour for night shifts (11:00 PM - 7:30 AM)
  • $5.00 per hour on weekends (all shifts)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow guidelines set forth in the State Nurse Practice Act and established best practices.
  • Administer medications and perform treatments as prescribed.
  • Monitor patient conditions and adjust care to ensure safety and comfort.
  • Maintain strict infection control protocols.
  • Document care thoroughly in the electronic medical record (EMR).
  • Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to develop comprehensive care plans.
  • Clearly explain conditions, care plans, and medications to residents and their families.

Qualifications:

  • Degree or certification from an accredited nursing program.
  • Active state licensure.
  • Current CPR certification.
  • Minimum of six months of relevant experience.
  • A genuine passion for caring for seniors.
