About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Resident Care Associate to join our team at Trilogy Health Services. As a Resident Care Associate, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
  • Assist with meal service, including tray delivery and ensuring a great dining experience
  • Answer resident call lights promptly and ensure residents who are unable to call for help are checked frequently
  • Assist with 1:1 observations as assigned and maintain communication with Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse to report any resident changes in condition, concerns, and grievances
  • Provide great customer service, companionship, communication, and engagement in activities
  • Assist clinical staff to make residents comfortable, such as checking sitting position, hydration, and passing
  • Assist with personal care responsibilities according to state regulatory guidelines
Qualifications

We are looking for a candidate with a High School diploma or equivalent and 0-1 years of experience in a healthcare setting. A valid driver's license is not required for this role.
