Job Summary

Desert Paradise Detox & Rehab Center is seeking a qualified Program Director to lead our residential treatment program. As a member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of our comprehensive addiction treatment services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hire, train, and supervise a team of dedicated professionals\
  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans in collaboration with the clinical team\
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory standards\
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare providers to coordinate care\
  • Ensure timely and accurate referrals for services outlined in treatment plans\

Qualifications

  • \
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED (Bachelor's Degree preferred)\
  • Previous experience managing a Substance Abuse Treatment facility (2 years preferred)\
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to respond to patients' requests graciously\
  • Ability to supervise and motivate clinic staff in a positive manner\
  • High level of organizational skills\

Salary and Benefits

\

The salary for this role is approximately $70,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
