Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Custodian Lead to oversee the evening shift operations at Taft College. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities, as well as supervising a team of custodians.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the work of custodial staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning operations.
  • Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to meet the needs of the college community.
  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure that facilities are clean and well-maintained.
  • Collaborate with other departments to resolve maintenance and repair issues.
  • Provide excellent customer service to students, faculty, and staff.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in custodial or facilities management.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
