Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Summer Operations Finance Intern. This internship will provide the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial analysis, reporting, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with the finance team to assist in the monthly closing process, including journal entries and analysis of accounts.
  • Assist with the preparation of management financial statements, designing financial reports, and providing value-added analysis.
  • Develop and drive continuous improvement recommendations.
  • Understand key business unit operating metrics/drivers and measure performance to established metrics.
  • Perform special projects and ad-hoc management reporting as required.
Requirements
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Graduation date must be after August 2025.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, and other Microsoft Office Suite tools is preferred.
  • Possess strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work well in a collaborative environment and demonstrate leadership initiative.
  • Must have a cumulative 3.0 GPA or higher and it must be maintained up to and throughout the internship.
