Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide warm and welcoming service to guests and residents, ensuring a positive dining experience.
  • Take and serve food and beverage orders in a timely and efficient manner, following established steps of service.
  • Deliver food and beverages promptly and professionally, maintaining safe food handling and sanitation standards.
  • Follow up with guests to ensure their needs are met and provide exceptional service.
  • Demonstrate a thorough understanding of menu items and ingredients, making recommendations to guests as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with the back-of-the-house team to ensure accurate order delivery and special requests are accommodated.
  • Exhibit exceptional communication skills and a positive attitude, working well with others to ensure a seamless dining experience.
  • Collect tickets and process payments accurately, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Ensure the dining area is clean, safe, and well-maintained, adhering to established sanitation standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle personal or medical information with sensitivity and discretion.
  • Address complaints or issues promptly and effectively, relaying relevant information to supervisors as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous wait staff experience a plus.
  • Ability to operate a Point of Service (POS) computer system.
