Tetra Tech is seeking a highly skilled Architectural Designer to join our team in Ithaca, NY or Farmingdale, NY office. As an Architectural Designer, you will play a crucial role in the development and production of architectural design and construction documents, including AutoCAD drawings and BIM models.
Key Responsibilities- Assist the project team in the development and production of architectural design and construction documents.
- Prepare sketches and drawings for internal use and client presentations.
- Assist with architectural fieldwork on projects.
- Attend and document client meetings.
- Assist architects with projects in construction, reviewing shop drawings, product data, and conducting field observations.
- A degree in Architecture or a related field.
- 0-3 years of experience working in the design/construction field.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with other 3D software is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to work creatively and innovatively as part of a team.
- Must be able to pass a background check and have a satisfactory driving record.
