Soliant is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team. As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will be responsible for conducting thorough speech and language assessments, developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs), and providing direct speech and language therapy to students. You will also collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress and maintain detailed documentation and records in compliance with state and school regulations. To be successful in this role, you will need a Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology, a valid Virginia SLP license, and a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA. Previous experience in a school setting is advantageous, and strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills are essential.
