We are seeking a skilled Behavioral Therapist to join our team as an In-Home ABA Specialist. This role requires providing one-on-one care using the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) in the homes of our clients.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for implementing individualized strength-based treatment plans and collecting data to monitor client progress.

You will also manage problematic behaviors through effective intervention strategies and maintain accurate records of client development.

Our ideal candidate is passionate about working with children and has experience in the field of developmental disabilities.

We offer competitive pay and benefits, including an estimated salary range of $45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide ongoing training and support to ensure our team members have the skills and resources needed to succeed in this challenging yet rewarding role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one care using ABA principles in the homes of our clients
  • Implement individualized treatment plans and collect data to monitor client progress
  • Manage problematic behaviors through effective intervention strategies
  • Maintain accurate records of client development
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or higher
  • Preferably 1-2 years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
  • RBT certification in good standing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
