Job Title: Registered Nurse, RN, Orthopedics

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse, RN, Orthopedics to join our team at Grand View Hospital. As a Registered Nurse, RN, Orthopedics, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and working collaboratively with our healthcare team to deliver high-quality patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide patient-centered care: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care to ensure optimal outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team: Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
  • Ensure patient safety: Identify and mitigate potential risks to patient safety, and take action to correct observed risks.
  • Communicate effectively: Maintain open and clear communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  • Document patient information: Accurately and thoroughly document patient information, including medical history, treatment plans, and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: Nursing Diploma minimum requirement required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and over 6 months to 1 year as an acute care Registered Nurse preferred.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Registered Nurse in PA Licensed, Upon hire, required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Within 1 year of hire, required; Basic Life Support (BLS), Upon hire, required.
