Senior Engineer, R&D

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer to join our R&D team in the development of our next-generation PASCAL delivery system. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in the design and development of a commercial-ready implant delivery system, including catheters, handles, and accessories.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop complex experiments and tests to analyze results and make recommendations
- Generate work instructions, test methods, engineering models, and drawings/prototypes to establish product and/or process specifications
- Create/update design control documents, including requirement specs and risk documentation
- Develop and execute engineering project plans, coordinate with suppliers, and assign R&D support tasks
- Evaluate input and form technical recommendations, including designing parts, components, and subsystems
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree + 4 years of experience OR Master's Degree + 3 years of experience
- Experience in the medical device industry, particularly in catheter and delivery system development
- CAD experience required
- Preferred experience with the full R&D product development lifecycle, design and development of nitinol, and six sigma blackbelt tools
