HVACR Instructor

We are seeking an experienced HVACR Technician to join our team as an Instructor at Universal Technical Institute. As a key member of our faculty, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds and skills of our students, preparing them for a promising career in the HVACR industry.

• Develop and deliver engaging and inclusive learning experiences that foster students' passion for HVACR maintenance and repair.
• Lead hands-on training sessions, providing practical demonstrations and real-world experience in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing HVACR systems.
• Collaborate with our education team to enhance existing courses and develop new ones that align with industry trends and advancements.
• Mentor students on their individual projects, encouraging critical thinking and innovative problem-solving.
• Instill the importance of safety procedures and best practices to ensure a secure working environment for students.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of practical work experience in the HVACR field.
• EPA 608/Universal certification highly valued.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient and empathetic approach to teaching.
