Main Responsibilities
- Work closely with Maintenance Manager and Facility Manager to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to minimize downtime.
- Repair production equipment safely and efficiently, adhering to all quality and safety protocols.
- Fabricate and install new equipment as required.
- Maintain machinery according to our Preventative Maintenance Program.
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex problems.
Requirements
- Three years of verifiable work experience preferred.
- Background in fabrication, mechanical, and electrical repair with proficiency in shop tools.
- Ability to read precision gauges, use hand tools correctly, and adapt to new situations.
- Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
