We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Delivery Associate to join our team at NSM Merchant. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of products to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Delivery Operations: Perform pre-delivery vehicle preparation, learn the delivery area, and check orders for quality and accuracy.
- Customer Service: Provide positive and professional interaction with customers in person or by phone, and act with a sense of urgency in everything you do.
- Teamwork: Work cooperatively with other team members to accomplish business goals and objectives, and support the team's decisions.
- Cash Management: Accurately process order paperwork and payment transactions, and execute cash management duties.
- Education and Experience: High School diploma or GED preferred.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for prolonged periods, walk, grasp firmly/strongly and simply/lightly with hands, and use fine finger dexterity.
- Work Environment: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing situations.
- Age and License: Must be 18 years of age or older, and have a valid driver's license.
- Availability: Must be able to work long hours, scheduled or unscheduled, which will include nights, weekends, and as emergencies arise.
