Program Director

Job Summary:
As a Program Director at S & S Cycle, you will lead and coordinate team personnel and product development processes. Your primary goal is to deliver assigned programs and projects while managing assigned personnel. You will establish specifications, targets, and deliverables through reviews with relevant parties. The ideal candidate should have experience working as an engineering professional in Powersports or a related industry.

Responsibilities:
• Accountable for delivering assigned programs and projects
• Manage and provide leadership for assigned personnel
• Establish specifications, targets, and deliverables
• Plan and direct prototype construction to meet project timelines and company regulatory requirements
• Facilitate project meetings, design reviews, and communicate results

Requirements:
$70,000 - $90,000 per year
• B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related Engineering degree preferred
• PMP certification and/or related previous experience preferred
• Experience working as an engineering professional in Powersports or a related industry preferred
• Flexible, energetic, forward-thinking, and creative with high moral and ethical standards
• Familiarity with IC engines and their components preferred
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Working knowledge of computer applications
