Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Crane Operations Associate. In this role, you will assist experienced technicians with troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance of cranes and hoists.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Provide positive experiences for customers at all locations
  • Lift heavy items (50+ lbs.) when necessary
  • Comply with safety procedures and precautions
  • Assist with on-call and after-hours work as needed
  • Collaborate with experienced technicians to perform troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance tasks
Requirements
  • Willigness to train in Indianapolis or Cincinnati branch for up to 6 months
  • Maintain a valid driver's license with a low-incident driving record
  • Excellent work ethic and self-motivation
  • Some experience in cranes is a plus
  • Ability to walk, stoop, sit, and reach
  • Climb ladders, use lifts, and work in elevated positions frequently
  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $50,000 - $70,000 per year, based on industry standards and location.
