About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Superintendent with expertise in leading and managing industrial plumbing projects from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing project operations, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless execution.

What You'll Do
  • Lead and manage onsite construction teams to deliver high-quality results
  • Coordinate and oversee day-to-day project operations, including scheduling, logistics, and material management
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and provide guidance to team members
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve project efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to project activities and outcomes
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role in industrial plumbing projects
  • Strong knowledge of safety protocols, quality control measures, and regulatory compliance
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in fast-paced environments with multiple stakeholders
  • Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, and other relevant software applications

  • Competitive salary: $110,000 - $130,000 per annum, depending on experience
