Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team at LANXESS Americas. As a key member of our Site Leadership Team, you will be responsible for all asset and facilities maintenance for our multi-process specialty chemical production site.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement long-term maintenance strategies aligned with plant objectives and industry best practices.
- Provide leadership and direction to a team of maintenance professionals, ensuring a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
- Develop and maintain asset management strategies to maximize equipment lifespan and performance.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, chemical, or related engineering discipline.
- 10+ years of leadership experience in maintenance and reliability, with a strong technical background.
- Superior leadership skills, with the ability to influence and direct employees, teams, and departments.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate feedback clearly.
- Demonstrated record of accomplishment in building a culture of safety, mitigating risk, and reducing incidents and accidents.
