We are seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our team in Columbus, Ohio. As a medical traveler with Fusion Medical Staffing-Radiology, you will have the opportunity to explore new cities, take adventures, and create memories that last a lifetime.

About the Job

This is a 13-week travel assignment with a competitive pay package based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week. You will receive a tax-free stipend amount to be determined. The position requires experience as a Technician, preferably one to three years, and other certifications may be required.

Responsibilities
  • Communicate and collaborate with physicians and other health team members.
  • Provide and coordinate patient care with other health team members.
  • Monitor patients' responses to interventions and report outcomes.
  • Administer medications as ordered with appropriate documentation.
  • Monitor and evaluate patients before, during, and post procedure depending on unit.
  • Share on-call responsibilities with a 30-minute response time if required.
  • Maintain cleanliness of rooms and adequate stock of supplies.
  • Transport patients as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Interpersonal Skills - to work effectively with a variety of personnel (professional and ancillary) to present a positive attitude and a professional appearance.
  • Technical/Motor Skills - Ability to grasp, fine manipulation, pushing/pulling and able to move about when assisting with procedures and/or using department equipment.
  • Mental Requirements - Must be able to cope with frequent contact with the general public, customers, and meeting deadlines under pressure. Must be able to work under close supervision occasionally as well as working without assistance from other personnel. Must be able to contend with irregular activity schedules occasionally and continuous concentration to detail.

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 per year, based on 12 hour shifts and 36 hours per week.
