Job Title: Branch Banking Client Consultant I-Float
Job Summary:
A Client Financial Services Representative at Flagstar Bank travels between assigned branches to provide high-quality, prompt, and professional financial services to customers. This role involves interacting with clients, providing exceptional service, and processing financial transactions in an accurate, efficient, and friendly manner while maintaining operational standards. The Client Financial Services Representative will also assist the team in meeting branch goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Performance: Support team efforts to achieve growth targets in financial performance and primary client acquisition. Actively seek and deliver client introductions to the right team member(s) to achieve growth targets and execute successful sales initiatives.
  • Client Experience: Provide positive client experiences by assisting with account questions, problems, and complaints and through research and communication resolve in a timely and effective manner. Deliver client engagement and education, meeting behavioral activity goals as defined by Retail Leadership.
  • Management: Deliver timely and accurate daily financial transactions, striving for no controllable preventable losses. Understand and adhere to all applicable bank policies and regulations.
  • Perform special projects and additional duties as required.
  • Consistently adhere to regulatory and compliance policies and standards linked to the job, complete required compliance trainings, and maintain compliance with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
Requirements:
  • High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent, required
  • 0 - 3 years of customer service and sales experience, required
  • Experience in the financial services industry, preferred
