Job Summary

A2e Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Senior FPGA Design Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing cutting-edge FPGA/Modem solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop FPGA/Modem systems from scratch, including hardware and software components.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate FPGA/Modem solutions into larger systems.
  • Develop and implement digital signal processing algorithms for radio communication systems.
  • Work with VHDL and C programming languages to develop FPGA/Modem firmware.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in FPGA/Modem technology and apply this knowledge to improve existing designs.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior engineers and other team members.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in FPGA/Modem design and development.
  • Strong background in radio communication systems, including modulation, demodulation, and digital filter design.
  • Experience with Xilinx Kintex Ultrascale FPGA devices.
  • Proficiency in VHDL and C programming languages.
  • Strong understanding of digital signal processing algorithms and their application in radio communication systems.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Active government clearance.
  • Recent clearance within the last 5 years.
  • Willingness to obtain or reactivate a government clearance.
