Position Overview

The Registered Nurse (RN) plays a crucial role in addressing the physical, emotional, and psycho-social needs of patients in the Transitional Care Unit (TCU) while adhering to established guidelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor personal care services to ensure alignment with individual care plans.
  • Administer medications and execute treatments as per physician directives and facility protocols.
  • Contribute relevant data for the formulation of care plans.
  • Assess and modify care plans based on resident goals and needs.
Work Schedule

This part-time nursing position includes:

  • Evening and night shifts; 12-hour shifts.
  • Rotation every third weekend and holiday.
Compensation and Benefits

This role is eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus and offers shift differentials of $1.00 for evenings and $1.50 for nights.

Qualifications
  • Vocational/Technical Training or Associate Degree in Nursing.
  • AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers certification.
  • Basic computer proficiency.
  • Familiarity with Point Click Care is preferred.
