Job Summary

Soliant is seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Therapist to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating individuals with speech and language disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual's needs.
  • Deliver therapy services to individuals in both one-on-one and group settings, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote effective communication.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Track and document individual progress throughout the treatment process, utilizing data-driven approaches to inform treatment decisions.
  • Work closely with our team to ensure that individuals receive comprehensive and coordinated care.

Requirements:

  • Hold a Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Be licensed in the state of Georgia or eligible for licensure.
  • Possess a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA (preferred).
  • Demonstrate experience working with individuals with speech and language disorders in educational or clinical settings.
  • Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
