Job Title: Executive Chef

Biaggi's Ristorante Italiano is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests, overseeing the daily operations of our kitchen, and developing and implementing culinary strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement menus that showcase our Italian cuisine and meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
  • Lead and manage a team of culinary staff, including chefs, cooks, and kitchen assistants.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local food suppliers and vendors to ensure the highest quality ingredients.
  • Monitor and control food costs, labor costs, and inventory levels to ensure profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations and maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of restaurant industry operations, safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
