Facility Operations Specialist

Secure Energy Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facility Operator to join our team. As a Facility Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of our waste treatment, oil treatment, and water injection facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and maintain facility equipment, including trucks, treaters, coolers, and tanks
- Conduct daily safety inspections and ensure compliance with all safety protocols
- Manage waste processing, oil treating, and water injection operations
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on facility equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth facility operations
- Document and report all facility activities, including maintenance, repairs, and safety incidents
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in waste processing, oil treating, or water injection operations
- Specialty training in boilers, treaters, pumps, and other facility equipment
- Proven ability to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment testing
