Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at Penn State Health Holy Spirit Medical Center. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping patients regain independence and functional skills, promoting overall well-being and quality of life.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify patient needs and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Provide therapeutic interventions to improve functional abilities and promote independence
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and coordination
  • Stay up-to-date with best practices and evidence-based guidelines in occupational therapy

Requirements:

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) in the state of employment
  • BLS certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
