Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to manage and execute a variety of surveying and mapping projects at our locations in Canton, Marcy, and Syracuse, New York.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical skill set, including AutoCAD Civil 3D and Microsoft Office, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute assigned projects, including coordinating field work, performing survey calculations, preparing mapping, client communication, proposal preparation, and new business development.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and expectations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements
  • A.A.S. in Surveying Technology or B.S. in Surveying Engineering.
  • New York State Professional Land Surveyor license preferred.
  • Minimum of five years' experience as a Land Surveyor/Project Manager.
  • Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as comprehensive benefits, including health insurance, employer 401(k) contribution, benefit time, and professional development opportunities.
