Job Summary

The Licensed Social Worker (LSW) is a vital member of the interdisciplinary treatment team at our Behavioral Health Hospital in Benson, AZ. This role involves providing emotional support, mental health evaluations, therapy, and case management services to individuals facing psychological, emotional, medical, social, and familial challenges.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Registered Nurses (RN), Behavioral Health Medical Providers (BHMP), Techs, and Recovery Support Specialists to ensure a safe environment and quality care for all patients.
  • Conduct mental health evaluations, therapy sessions, and case management services to support patients' well-being.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' unique needs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be licensed (LMSW, LCSW, LAC, LPC, LAMFT, LMFT) and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will work in a fast-paced environment, so flexibility and adaptability are essential.
