- Answer incoming calls and warmly welcome clients.
- Build and maintain customer relationships, ensuring follow-up as necessary.
- Deliver prompt, accurate, and friendly service, addressing inquiries related to insurance options, eligibility, policy modifications, claims, and billing.
- Utilize a customer-centric approach to educate clients about various insurance products.

This role is with a State Farm independent contractor agent. Employees must successfully complete all necessary licensing and training requirements. State Farm agents operate independently and hire their own staff, meaning that their employees are not considered employees of State Farm.
