Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Regency at Shelby Township. As a LPN, you will work closely with our experienced team to provide high-quality nursing care to our guests. Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care to guests, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each guest.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless care transitions and effective communication.
- Supervise and mentor Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and other team members to ensure high-quality care.
Qualifications:
- Current LPN licensure in the state
- 1-3 years of experience in a long-term care setting
- CPR certification
