Job Summary:

The Network Operations Administrator role at Mountain America Credit Union requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage and maintain the credit union's network infrastructure. This includes daily operations, administration, and troubleshooting to ensure seamless services for users.

Responsibilities:

• Train and mentor employees in the Associate Network Operations Administrator role

• Ensure all users are configured correctly for their designated positions

• Work with vendors and carriers to resolve issues in a timely manner

• Manage and maintain network solutions, including configuration and monitoring

• Develop and maintain relationships with other departments and IT teams

• Participate in on-call rotation and occasional travel to troubleshoot network systems

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in a technology support role

• 4+ years of hands-on network experience, preferably with Cisco and/or Silverpeak platforms

• Basic understanding of network essentials, including IP addressing and network switching and routing

• Understanding of basic network troubleshooting methodologies, such as ping and traceroute

• Familiarity with the Cisco CLI used to configure routers and switches

Preferred Qualifications:

• Network+, A+ or CCNA certification

• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

• Proficiency with Microsoft Visio

• Basic understanding of Microsoft products, such as Active Directory and MS Exchange
